mixed feelings about the stay.
cramped restaurant limited breakfast variety
the location was acceptable, close to several attractions.
The breakfast was not well-managed. The restaurant felt cramped, forcing guests into close proximity. it lacked the variety expected for a hotel of this caliber. furthermore, the promised lounge access was a disappointment. It barely accommodated a fraction of the guests, forcing many to seek seating elsewhere.

the room had a super comfortable bed i loved my view of the interior garden the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of foods to suit all tastes

excellent breakfast onsen experience central location
The staff showed great politeness and tried to satisfy my needs. The location is central and convenient. I found excellent choices at breakfast. The onsen provided a fabulous experience.
The lack of a laundry service was disappointing.

overpriced and UNDERWHELMING
small bath limited lounge
I found some things to be quite disappointing. THE supposed lounge was a joke. There were hardly any snacks or drinks available, ESPECIALLY considering how much i paid for the room. The bath was small and nothing special. For what they charge, you'd think they could include a sauna. Honestly, i expected more.
